Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
